    I actually used to suffer from migraines a lot and I tried all these drugs and so called cure your migraine ebooks but none worked except The Migraine Relief. Where I was getting migraines every day after reading The Migraine Relief I now only get them once every 2 weeks which is better then nothing. So, to answer your question. Is The Migraine Relief a scam? No!

    Don't know about the book however I just hear this morning to try eating Red Snapper something about the oils etc. I do Reflexology Massage for my clients I tell them as I will you. Have someone to take their thumb and push in on your big toe where the nail ends. push and hold for 5 seconds at a time going across your tou corner to corner. Do this for at least 7 minutes on each toe. then in the middle of the big toe push in and hold, release and push in again for 2 or 3 minutes. Watch what happens. Stay away from Coffees teaChocolates and chocoolate and sprays off all sorts. If you have no one to do this on your toe. Try doing the same thing to your thumbs.
