My mum is suffering severe migraines caused from menopause. She was addicted to prescription codeine and has not taken any since November 2010. She lives in a small town and the Doctors are not particularly helpful. Mum specifically needs something she can take at work at the first sign of a migraine so she can complete the day. Is there any pain relief anyone could recommend? She takes imigran once it's established. I forgot to mention we live in Australia and Excedrin is not available.
