When the sufferer did start vomiting, the patient and the people around should be more aware of the situation. Once the migraine involves vomiting, the patient was exposed to the danger of dehydration.
So, how to deal with the migraine nausea properly?
Here are some tips we would like to provide. The tips may run against some of your traditional beliefs, but you should give it a look first and decide later.
First, do keep drinking water. Whenever a vomiting comes along with the migraine, the patient should be aware of the danger of dehydration. We are not suggesting, and we know you can't, drinking the whole glass of water at once, but you should try drinking small amount of water each time. Though it feels uncomfortable when the water runs through your throat but it helps you stay hydrated.
And the second tip is, try to eat something when you feel like you would end up throw them up. I know it sounds weird. Why wasting the food? Well, the point of eating is to make sure you do have something to throw up, which helps easing down your gastric movement.

That is why we strongly recommend migraine sufferers should eat their breakfast. At least you have some backups!
The third tip is try migraine natural cure methods. You will never know how a slice of ginger will provide you the great amount of help.
After you have done all the above, please go to your doctor and check out what may be the trigger of your migraine, and what type of migraine you may have. After knowing the specific information about your migraine, you should avoid the trigger and start living a healthy eating habit.

I am not sure about vitamins, minerals, or herbs, but my husband uses therapeutic magnets and that is the best thing in the world to him. When he fells a migraine coming on the just put a magnet on his head and in 10-15 mins he is back to normal. If he is not able to do this, and it gets bad we have one that spins, this is supposed to make the magnetism go through the body faster, and in about 20 mins the bad ones are gone. And he has had less just from using these products. He only gets about 2 a week now, he works out in the heat, and we where told this was the cause and there was really nothing that could be done if he stuck with his job. But a wonderful friend told us this might work and it has and he would never give them up for anything now. If you would like to know more just email me at kehrlyfamily@yahoo.com

May I recommend OPC-3 then? OPC (oligomeric proanthocyanidins) is the most powerful form of antioxidants know of to date. They come from plant compounds that have pigments of red, purple or dark brown. The most famous known is grape seed.
But, when looking for the best quality vitamin, look for ones that have the highest bio availability. This means look for vitamins that do not have a binders, fillers or stabilizers in them. Generally speaking you would want a liquid type vitamin. Pills, especially the cheap ones you find in the drug store, are of almost no use to your body - they are 'bed pan bullets'
Personally I use a liquid vitamin that is in an isotonic state. This line of vitamins provides the best benefit out of anything else I have seen or tried. email me if you want some more info or a website referral to where I buy mine.
If you take a vitamin consistently and don't feel better after a month, you are probably just wasting your money on something that doesn't work!
